Senior Consultant – Real Estate Advisory – Turner & Townsend We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Senior Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Real Estate Advisory team. In this role you will help clients think strategically about how their buildings could transform the way they work. You will engage with key decision‑makers, use data to provide cutting‑edge analysis of real estate portfolios, and develop robust business cases to unlock funding opportunities. Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and develop tailored real estate solutions. Conduct research and analysis (e.g., feasibility studies) to support business case and estate solutions. Provide expert advice on real estate and sector industry trends. Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high‑quality, influential solutions on time and to budget. Generate business: develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Scotland, identify new opportunities, and prepare compelling proposals.

Qualifications
Essential: In‑depth knowledge of the UK real estate industry. Essential: 2–5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client‑side environment. Essential: Proven experience authoring strategic documentation, including business cases and estate strategies for real‑estate change and investment. Essential: Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5‑Case Model. Essential: Experience in at least one of Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial. Essential: Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs. Desirable: Relevant industry qualification or degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Surveying, or similar. Desirable: Security clearance (SC) or willingness to attain clearance. Desirable: Demonstrable leadership abilities and project delivery experience. Desirable: Financial literacy and ability to conduct financial analysis. Desirable: Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for data analysis. Desirable: Understanding of benefits management.
