Position Overview

The Senior Construction Manager will lead the successful delivery of a major Data Centre project in London for a leading General Contractor. This role is responsible for overseeing all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Working closely with the wider project leadership team, including MEP, commercial, planning, design and commissioning functions, the Project Manager will play a critical role in leading a high-performance delivery team on complex construction projects.


Experience & Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager delivering major CSA packages on large-scale projects.
  • Previous experience on hyperscale or mission-critical projects (data centres, large tech facilities, pharmaceutical, industrial or high-risk commercial).
  • Strong technical knowledge across civil engineering, building structures, concrete works, steelwork, groundworks, envelope and architectural fit-out.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering projects with tight programmes and high-speed outputs.
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and large multidisciplinary teams.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Irish building regulations, CDM regulations and relevant industry standards.
