Interim Senior Compliance Executive (Maternity Cover) – 9-Month FTC

London City Location (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Now, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Compliance Executive to join us on a 9-month maternity cover contract-someone who is organised, commercially astute, people-focused and passionate about compliance.

About the Role:

Reporting to our Finance Director, you will:

• Be the go-to expert on compliance across the Group- contracts, onboarding, client terms and contractor care.
• Deliver a first class onboarding experience for our contractors.
• Act as the face of compliance internally and externally – helping shape a culture of excellence, trust and clarity.
• Keep us ahead of the curve on regulatory and employment legislation.
• Engage with a wide range of stakeholders including APSCo, legal teams, clients and internal teams.

About You:

You're a confident, proactive communicator with a collaborative mindset and:

• Previous experience in a compliance role, ideally in recruitment, staffing or internal HR.
• Great attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment.
• A commercial and adaptable outlook, with a focus on delivering exceptional contractor and client care.
• Energy, positivity, and a willingness to lead and influence across teams.
