Assisting in management of commercial audit across WPP Media's global agencies is fundamental to the role. Success in the compliance arena has a tangible impact on WPP Media's reputation within the industry and contributes to its commercial success across its multi-million-dollar international client base.Reporting to a dedicated Manager, as an Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting our global agency client audit program, ensuring robust contractual governance and compliance across all operations. Your responsibilities will encompass assistance in the daily management of the audit process. Beyond the core audit cycle, you will be vital in maintaining data and process integrity, generating and analysing regular and ad-hoc reports, and overseeing critical systems like 'Red & Green'. This role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your expertise in commercial and compliance within a dynamic, international media environment.Skills And ExperienceSupport of the agency client audit program across all global clients and coordination of the compliance/commercial teams and markets. To include:Solid understanding of a designated range of key commercial contractsDaily assistance on the audit process and maintenance of the tracker and filing of audit-related documentationCommunication of audit notificationsReview of non-disclosure agreements and audit scopes ahead of peer reviewOrganising briefing meetings; review and verification of briefing documentsSelf-certification process and tracker management, collection and summarising of data and initial reviewCollecting and analysing closing meeting minutes ahead of peer reviewReview of draft audit reports and drafting of responses ahead of peer reviewDrafting of management representation letters ahead of peer reviewManagement of insurance certificatesPost audit reporting, review and market remediation managementReporting and Data:Maintaining consistency, integrity and accuracy across all data of the compliance team; providing training on filing protocolsProducing regular (such as audit tracker status, etc.) and ad-hoc reports and analysisUpkeep of policies, training requirements and market/client specific information/databasesCollation and analytical review of financial/contractual reportingRed & Green:Maintenance of the system/management of the usersCompliance with SOx/statutory audit requirementsReview and verification of Red Greens prior and post posting into the systemProvision of trainingSupport for any agency commercial/contractual projectsSkills and Behaviours:Strong financial acumen including analytical and quantitative skillsA natural attention to detail and ability to digest information from a wide variety of sourcesLogical, concise and proficient at breaking down challenges into component parts and developing solutions-based responsesRobust communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills, ability to build trust and engender strong relationshipsExcellent organisational and project management skillsStrong time management skillsProactive, forward-thinking problem-solver with continuous improvement mindsetAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with ownership over assignmentsCapacity for multi-tasking and meeting multiple simultaneous deadlines across different time zonesQualifications:3 years plus of industry commercial/financial/audit experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Desirable experience:Experience of working with contractsPreferably advanced Excel skills to include Power BIPreferably experience in auditsLife at WPP Media & BenefitsOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
