About the Role: As a Senior Complex Carer you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area. Location : Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas Shift Pattern : typically 10- 12 hour Wake and Sleep Night shifts Client Focus : One client per shift Rota : Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program . covering standard to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.
