Job Description

Our Client are a leading design & build business with an excellent reputation within the market. They are now looking to hire a Senior Commercial Manager to support their further growth of the business. They deliver quality, design focused projects to make sure they clients have a bespoke, innovative commercial office space.


Duties will include;

  • Successfully delivering pitches alongside their design and delivery team to ensure a continuous workflow for the business unit
  • Working collaboratively with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver a solution which is tailored to their needs
  • Complete site surveys
  • Review tender submissions
  • Produce cost reports / breakdowns for each project
  • Format and manage pre contract programmes
  • Present pre-contract cost documents


Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience working in D&B office fit outs
  • Experience delivering CAT A / B fit out projects from initial enquiry through to handover and final accounts
  • Happy to work 5 days a week on site / office
