Job Description

Our Client are a leading design & build business with an excellent reputation within the market. They are now looking to hire a Senior Commercial Manager to support their further growth of the business. They deliver quality, design focused projects to make sure they clients have a bespoke, innovative commercial office space.

Duties will include;

Successfully delivering pitches alongside their design and delivery team to ensure a continuous workflow for the business unit

Working collaboratively with clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver a solution which is tailored to their needs

Complete site surveys

Review tender submissions

Produce cost reports / breakdowns for each project

Format and manage pre contract programmes

Present pre-contract cost documents

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience working in D&B office fit outs

Experience delivering CAT A / B fit out projects from initial enquiry through to handover and final accounts

Happy to work 5 days a week on site / office
