We own 16 of the world’s top 100 Spirits Brands and hold one of the most prestigious and comprehensive brand portfolios in the industry with 240 premium brands available in over 160 countries, including Absolut vodka, Ballantine’s, Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, The Glenlivet, Jameson Irish whiskey, Martell cognac, Havana Club rum, Beefeater, Malfy and Monkey 47 gins, Malibu liqueur, Mumm and Perrier-Jouët champagnes.In the UK, Pernod Ricard is made up of 4 businesses: Pernod Ricard UK, which markets, sells and distributes our products in the UK market.Chivas Brothers, the largest brand company in the Group, responsible for the production and management of our award-winning Scotch whisky portfolio.Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, the global and EMEA home of the group’s duty free, air travel and cruises business.The Absolut Group, the brand owner of our global white spirits portfolio, whose gin brand unit and Business Acceleration team sit in London.Your unique contributionBusiness partnering with TR Europe Commercial Team across a range of topics, customers and channels.Financial support to marketing teams.Supplying in‑depth, insightful commercial and financial reporting, and analysis across customers within perimeter; the output should inform and influence the trajectory of the TR Europe business.Contribute to Commercial Finance Reporting responsibilities within TR Europe, GTR and PR Group.Continued development of processes, models and reports to ensure robust financial planning.Providing accurate and effective financial information (restated from FX impact and perimeter impacts) to Executive team.Key participant in S&OP cycle; the rhythm of the business.Support Revenue Growth agenda within TR Europe.Support the Head of Commercial Finance across various tasks.Line manager responsibilities include participating in intern assessment day and development of Financial Intern.Key responsibilitiesProvide commercial team with support on annual customer negotiations, building P&Ls to calculate volume and financial impact of price increases, changes in funding levels and new listings. This will include many updates following customer feedback and “what if” analysis.Provide support for commercial team on promotional analysis and key reports, including rolling forecasts, R&Os and many ad‑hoc requests.Key participant in S&OP process, challenging assumptions in Pre‑DRMs, understanding rationale for material moves in forecasted volumes.Contribute to delivery of the Rolling Forecasts, Risk & Ops and monitor/analyse key variances, whilst ensuring timely and accurate deliveryuary.Key contributor to monthly BU report, including comments on brand/customer performance and outlooks.
