We are looking for a Senior Membership Analyst to join our growing Commercial Finance Team! You will provide accurate and timely reporting and analysis of membership performance. You will also focus on creating efficiencies in the reporting processes such as automation.

Your day-to-day will involve supporting the success of the business through providing accurate and timely reporting as well as analysis of performance across our estate. This is a Hybrid working role. This will be based in our London office 3 days a week.

Key duties include:

• Running daily, weekly and monthly membership reporting, circulating to all areas of the business, including senior management team

• Developing an understanding of core membership processes and systems across the business to ensure integrity of all membership reporting

• Supporting the Commercial Finance function to help deliver robust commercial analysis to the rest of the business such as analysing the gym by gym performance and providing recommendations on commercial actions

• Tracking promotional activity throughout the year and providing feedback on performance

• Tracking the impact of competitor openings and contributing to the competitor defence strategies alongside the Commercial team

• Assisting with the quarterly forecast and annual budget process

• Continual development of management information systems, to improve automation of reporting to key business users

• Developing strong relationships with the Commercial, Insights and Configuration teams

• Responsible for the management and development of 1 direct report

The Person

• This role will suit a fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA professional
• Demonstrable commercial skills, with experience in analysing sales/revenue and promotional performance
• Strong proven financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
• Preferably able to demonstrate experience and/or understanding of multi-site industries such as retail/leisure
• You will need strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and ideally experience working with multi-dimensional databases.
• PureGym is a fast-paced business and so the ability to self-motivate and hit strict deadlines is key.
• Finally, you'll be working with different stakeholders across the business, so the ability to communicate and build relationships across the business will also play an important part in your success.
