We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Contracts Manager to lead the management of a portfolio of high-value, high-risk contracts on behalf of Kings College Hospital. Reporting to the Head of Contracts, you will ensure robust contract governance, performance management, financial control, and compliance across complex commercial arrangements in a highly regulated environment.
This role is client-side, senior, and influential, requiring strong commercial judgement, confidence working within statutory procurement frameworks, and the ability to manage risk and performance across the full contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and govern high-value, high-risk contracts, applying proportionate oversight based on value and risk Lead contract performance management, including KPIs, SLAs, performance remedies, and dispute resolution Navigate governance and assurance processes to enable timely and compliant decision-making Negotiate contract variations, modifications, and revised commercial arrangements Ensure robust financial oversight, including invoice validation and expenditure analysis Identify and deliver cost improvement and efficiency opportunities Monitor supplier co...
