We are seeking a highly skilled CNC machinist to join our in-house engineering department, working at the forefront of classic Aston Martin engine development and restoration.This role is centred around the machining and development of engine components — including raw cylinder head castings, engine blocks, and bespoke performance parts — supporting both restoration and our ongoing engineering programmes.The RoleCNC machining of raw and semi-finished cylinder heads and engine blocksProgramming, setting and operating our Doosan CNC machineryMachining one-off and small batch precision componentsWorking from CAD models, engineering drawings, and in some cases, developing machining strategies from first principlesSupporting R&D projects, including our uprated Aston Martin engine programmesInspection and quality control of machined componentsCollaborating closely with engine builders and design engineersThis is not a production environment.
