Global Senior Client Account Manager


Are you ready to take the lead in shaping client relationships on a global scale? I’m currently working with an International Law Firm who are seeking a Global Senior Client Account Manager to join a dynamic, forward-thinking team that drives growth through strategic client engagement and exceptional relationship management.


In this pivotal role, you’ll combine team leadership, strategic planning, and partner-facing responsibilities to deliver world-class client account management. You’ll lead a UK-based team, champion best practices across regions, and work closely with senior partners to strengthen relationships with some of the firm’s most significant global clients.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire: Manage and develop a high-performing UK CAM team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Shape strategy: Drive global client plans, aligning financial and non-financial goals with innovative solutions.
  • Be the connector: Collaborate with partners and BD teams worldwide to ensure a consistent, client-centric approach.
  • Deliver impact: Identify growth opportunities, enhance client engagement, and oversee operational and financial performance.

  • Proven experience in client relationship management within a professional services or legal environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
