The Opportunity

In this role, you will take ownership of key client relationships while leading the delivery of high-quality day-to-day administration services. You’ll be central to ensuring service excellence, supporting commercial growth and safeguarding member satisfaction across a portfolio of Defined Benefit schemes. Aptia - Senior Client Director

Key Responsibilities

• Build, strengthen and own strategic client relationships, ensuring services are delivered in line with commitments and long-term objectives.
• Lead operational delivery across Pension Administration teams, driving performance against agreed KPIs.
• Identify and pursue commercial opportunities, working closely with senior stakeholders to grow revenue and contribution across your accounts.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to implement improvements that enhance efficiency and client value.
• Ensure all work is compliant, controlled, and aligned with regulatory and internal standards.
• Act as the commercial lead for your accounts, delivering creative, value-adding financial and contractual solutions.
