Senior Civil Estimator Location: Remote (UK) with site visits Contract: Permanent About the role Binnies UK, part of the RSK Group , is seeking an experienced Senior Civil Estimator to strengthen and develop our Estimating function in line with anticipated growth across the Delivery P&L and workload. The role will primarily support framework opportunities with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (DCWW) , United Utilities , and Southern Water , delivering Design & Build and Asset Health projects, alongside future Design & Build opportunities within the Industrial Water sector. This is a predominantly remote role , although regular site visits will be beneficial. The position will play a key role in building long-term resilience and capability within the Estimating department. As a Senior Civil Estimator, you will combine strong technical and commercial expertise , contributing to the development of project scope, programme, and cost solutions that are both sustainable and affordable for our clients. Key responsibilities Develop and produce discipline-specific estimates, including quantitative take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
