Senior Civil Engineer\n\nLiverpool\n\n£50k-£60k plus benefits\n\nOur client is seeking an experienced civil engineering professional to join their established Liverpool team in a senior role with genuine responsibility and influence.\n\nThis opportunity would suit a degree-qualified Civil Engineer with at least 4 years of consultancy experience, who is motivated by leading projects, delivering high-quality design and supporting the development of others.\n\nBased in Liverpool, the role sits within a well-respected civil engineering team working across healthcare, commercial, industrial, residential and education projects, often exceeding £100 million in value. The team is recognised locally for its involvement in major and high-profile schemes, with civil engineering input spanning highways, drainage, flood risk, earthworks and technical Masterplanning.\n\nThe successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple projects and leading civil design from concept through to construction. Strong experience in planning-stage design, Section 278 works, AutoCAD and technical approval processes such as S278, S104 and S38 is essential, alongside the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Experience in flood risk, residential design, Civil 3D or hydraulic modelling would be beneficial.\n\nChartered Engineers or those actively working towards Chartership are encouraged to apply.
