Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a technically excellent Senior Civil Engineer to join a construction engineering company, in a permanent position. As the successful candidate you will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s London office, working on exciting refurbishment, new builds, and commercial projects.

-Competitive salary ranging from £55,000-£60,000 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage the design and delivery of projects from concept to construction.

-Prepare and review detailed drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.

-Collaborate with clients, design teams, and contractors to ensure smooth project coordination.

-Mentor junior staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business development activities.

What we are looking for:

-Must have extensive experience working as a Civil Engineer.

-Excellent knowledge and skills using Civil3D and Infodrainage.

-Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

-Must be chartered or near chartered.

-Must have extensive experience leading teams and projects.

-Strong drainage experience.

-Confident communicator with experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
