About the Role: We are recruiting a dedicated and experiencedSenior Childrens Residential Support Workerto join anestablished childrens residential EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) home in Walsall. This is a key leadership role within a stable and well-run service, supporting the management team while delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you will lead shifts, act as a positive role model for the staff team and help maintain a safe, structured and nurturing environment that promotes stability, resilience and positive outcomes for children and young people.
