Hours: 40 hours per week (2 on / 4 off rota) About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to join a childrens residential service supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The service includes a mix of homes, including two multi-placement homes and a solo placement, providing a structured and supportive environment for children and young people. This is a hands-on role where you will support day-to-day care, promote positive outcomes, and help maintain a safe, consistent and nurturing home environment.
