Our client is expanding their dedicated and passionate team in Nottingham and is looking for an experienced Senior Childrens Support Worker to help make a real difference in young peoples lives.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a supportive childrens residential environment, where your experience and commitment will directly impact the lives of children and young people.
About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, therapeutic care within a safe and nurturing home. Working alongside the Registered Manager and a team of skilled professionals, youll help create a positive environment where young people can thrive emotionally, socially, and developmentally.
Youll also take on leadership responsibilities, guiding and supporting junior team members while ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people
Act as a role model and mentor to support staff
Support the day-to-day running of the home
Contribute to care planning and tailored support strategies
Promote a safe, stable, and nurturing environment
Work collaboratively with external professionals and stakeholders

Essential Requirements
Minimum 12 months experience in a Childrens Residential setting
Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People
Full UK driving licence
