* Job Title: Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker
* Home Type: 2 Bedded EBD home – therapeutic PACE approach
* Location: Walsall Wood
* Basic Pay: Up to £16 p/h + £50 per sleep-in
* Overall package: Up to £36,720 p/a (based on a sleep-in on every shift)
* Shift pattern: 10am-10pm, 2 on 4 off, 160 hours per month

This is a relatively new organisation with one small children’s home currently in Walsall with plans to expand into the Wednesbury area. They have been registered for just over a year and support young people that display social and emotional difficulties, behaviours that challenge, and come from traumatic backgrounds using a therapeutic PACE approach, informed by principles of Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP).
You would be supported by an incredible senior management duo with prior success achieving Outstanding with Ofsted as Registered & Deputy Managers, now excelling in the Responsible Individual and Home Manager capacities, respectively.
