The Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Children’s Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day running of the home, provide leadership to support staff, and ensure the highest standards of care for children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the daily operation of the home.

Lead and mentor a team of Children’s Support Workers during shifts.
*
Provide high-quality care and support tailored to the individual needs of children and young people.
*
Promote positive relationships, emotional wellbeing, and life skills development.
*
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
*
Maintain accurate records, reports, and care plans.
*
Liaise with families, social workers, and other professionals involved in the child’s care.
*
Assist in organising educational, recreational, and social activities.
