In our kitchens as a Chef de Partie you'll turn the freshest of the British produce into beautifully presented dishes. We can help with training, flexible hours and giving you a work-life balance. Passion is the main ingredient we look for in all our kitchens.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 4 years + CDP experience at a quality level
  • Ability to handle a fast paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to run independently more than one section
  • Understanding of section ordering and stock control
  • Familiarity with leading a small team of demi or commis chefs.
