Duties will include Prepare and cook according to the menu provided by your head chef. Assist in the preparation of ingredient's including chopping, marinating and seasoning. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace including equipment. Ensure adherence to food safety regulations hygiene stands at all times. Monitor inventory levels of stock and report shortages. Participate in the training of new kitchen staff where needed.
