We are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie at an established, independently owned Gastro Pub on Portobello Road. The venue comprises several indoor dining and event spaces and serves a quality and not overworked British menu.
As Chef De Partie, youll contribute to the effective running of the kitchen by leading a section and helping to ensure exceptional standards and reputation.
The Person
Previous experience as a Senior Chef De Partie or a Chef De Partie, ready for progression, within a quality hotel or restaurant is required.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role; the rota will entail 48 hours per week over a mixture of shifts.
