We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Chef de Partie to join the team at George , an exclusive private members club.

About George
Established in 2001, George reopens its doors this spring. The newly extended, contemporary private members club on Mount Street features the largest outdoor heated terrace in Mayfair. Its interiors include artworks by David Hockney, and the Club launches with a menu influenced by Mediterranean flavours alongside George classics.
George exudes style, comfort, and effortless elegance for our Members from dawn till dusk and also warmly welcomes their canine companions

The Role
As Senior Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve the highest standards of food production and member satisfaction. You will contribute to the achievement of gross profit targets, maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, collaborate effectively with colleagues across the kitchen and wider team, and provide outstanding internal service.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:
Have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie, or as an experienced Chef de Partie in a high-quality, busy destination restaurant looking for the next step
Have a passion for food and working with seasonal, high-quality ingredients
Are excellent team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Are motivated and looking to develop their career as a Chef
