We're partnering of a leading Built Environment Consultancy, seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Leeds. This client works across a broad range of sectors including residential (new builds and conversions), industrial, commercial refurbishments, education, local authority, and healthcare projects. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be leading cost planning and contract management on varied projects, providing expert advice and ensuring projects stay within budget from feasibility through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead cost planning and prepare detailed cost estimates using Cost Ex at multiple RIBA stages. Advise on procurement strategies, risk management, and value engineering during pre-contract phases. Prepare and issue tender documentation, evaluate received tenders, and provide clients with informed recommendations.
