Senior Chartered Building Surveyor Location: London / South East (Hybrid) Salary: £75,000 + package
The Opportunity TSA Surveying is exclusively partnering with a high-performing, Chartered property consultancy to appoint a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor into their London and South East team. This is a strategic hire into a growing business backed by a larger international group, offering the balance of specialist consultancy work with long-term stability and investment. The role is positioned for someone operating at, or close to, Associate level who wants more ownership, better quality work, and a clear progression route.
The Role You will take ownership of complex residential and commercial instructions, acting as a trusted adviser to clients while leading projects from inception through to delivery. Work will span building pathology, major works, compliance reporting, and advisory instructions, with a strong focus on technical quality and commercial awareness. You will manage your own workload, lead projects, and support junior surveyors, with direct exposure to Directors and clients.
