You will build strong customer relationships and act as the key connection between internal teams and external partners.What you will be doing:Develop Branston categories through qualitative and quantitative research, insight & trendsDevelop strong category relationships both internally and externallyStrategic reviews of major trends and opportunitiesDrive short and long term actionable consumer and category insights to deliver commercial solutionsCreate and implement yearly trade marketing plans for our categoriesReview and deliver categories, recommendations and new product launchesUsing Dunnhumby to gain insights on shoppers, formats, tiers to assist with decision making processCreate monthly action plans addressing needs of the categorySupport the Sales & Marketing team in Brand developmentWhat we want from you:EssentialStrong background in FMCG and retail, with a genuine passion for food and consumer trends.Experience working as an own label Category Manger, complemented by brand experienceSkilled at building effective relationships at all levels through clear, persuasive communication.Proficient in data analytics platforms, including Dunnhumby, Nielsen, and IRI, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and WordExperienced in leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.Highly creative, with a track record of developing innovative solutions and initiatives.DesirableBusiness degree or relevant qualificationJBRP1_UKTJ
