Your Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in uplifting the lives of our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Conducting Assessments: Collaborate with clients to identify their needs and preferences.
* Care Planning: Develop and implement personalised care plans that prioritise individual client goals.
* Team Support: Work closely with our office and care teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, creating a supportive and nurturing environment for both staff and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience: Proven track record as a Senior Care Assistant or in a similar role.
* Transport: Your own vehicle to facilitate travel between our office and client locations.
* IT Proficiency: Comfortable using IT systems, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Scheduling Knowledge: Familiarity with call rostering systems to ensure efficient scheduling.
* People Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
* Communication: Proficient English communication skills, both written and spoken.
* Dedication: A commitment to going above and beyond for our clients and your team.
