We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant (Days) to join a welcoming 14-bed residential care home in Havant, working within a non-profit charitable organisation. This well-established home is located in the beautiful conservation area of Old Bedhampton and has been owned by a local trust since 1983. As a charity-run service, the focus is firmly on quality of care and residents wellbeing rather than profit. With just 14 residents, the home offers a truly person-centred environment where care is tailored to each individual. The team is committed to creating a safe, comfortable home-from-home setting where residents are encouraged to remain as independent as possible and are always treated with dignity and respect.
