Senior Care Assistant - Hartlepool│ £12.50 - £14.01 per hour, weekly pay

Looking to work in care homes temporary - join a dedicated care home team in Hartlepool as a Senior Care Assistant and enjoy weekly pay, flexible shifts, and genuine support from your consultant every step of the way. You will need your own car if not local*.

As a Senior Care Assistant in Hartlepool you will:

Lead the team of care assistants they are responsible for and train new staff
Have ownership of the care plan, including the creation of the care plan and its delivery
Monitor general health and vital signs such as heart rate and blood pressure
Communicate with families about their relative's progress
Deliver activities to stimulate and engage residents
Fill in medication reports / Administer medication
Assist residents in dressing, washing and using the bathroom
Serve meals and assist with feeding when requiredWhat's in it for you?

A range of shifts to suit your schedule, including alternate weekendsWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Healthcare Assistant.
Enhanced Adult DBS - dated within 2 years or on the update service.
Full Care Certificate - dated within 2 years or on the update service.
Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
