You will work closely with the manager to help drive forward a service which provides high standards of care and support to Older Adults within North Lanarkshire. You must be able to demonstrate that you have the experience and skills to ensure staff feel motivated, focussed and supported to be able to deliver a service which promotes an environment which is sensitive to service users with complex support needs which maximises their potential for independent living consistent with the National Care Standards, council and service policies. An SVQ level 3, an HNC, Nursing or other relevant social work related qualification, as well as extended experience of working with older adults in a service setting are essential.
