Overview Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – Car Dealership Location: Hessle, HU13 Salary: £24,000 base salary and upcapped bonus – OTE 50K + company car + benefits Status: Full Time and Permanent Working hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6.00pm and Sunday 10.00am-4.00pm. Sales Executives will work every Saturday and there is an alternating rota for Sundays; one week you will work 5 days (including Saturday) and on a rota basis you will work 6 days (including Saturday and Sunday). Our client has a turnover of approximately 300 million and employs over 800 staff across 16 dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their sales team at their Hessle Dealership. Our client offers a superb opportunity to the right person who can demonstrate a successful and stable sales track record within the automotive industry. Role and Responsibilities

To provide the highest levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and efficient service projecting the quality image of the brand and the Company To ensure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience To achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role

The ideal candidate will

Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Be focussed on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as being a self-motivated team player and target achiever. Hold a minimum of 2 years, successful track record in a customer facing, target driven sales environment in the Automotive sector. Hold a valid UK driving licence.

The successful applicant will be highly motivated, efficient and organised. You must be used to working in a competitive and process driven sales environment and possess excellent communication and customer handling skills. Benefits
