Senior CAD Technician

Our Engineering and Manufacturing client based in Havant are looking for an experienced CAD Technician to join their team on a permanent basis as theytake on interesting large-scale projects.The Senior CAD technician will be working on technically complex and challenging projects within the building industry, and will be involved in project technical drafting as well as collaboration with relevant team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate high-quality technical drawings of their products based on drawings supplied by clientLiaise with architects, engineers, designers, Project Manager and other relevant individual (via email, Teams meeting and/or face to face) to understand the design requirementsConduct quality checks on completed drawings to identify any errors or discrepanciesCommunicate effectively with team Lead to ensure project deadlines are metSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExcellent written and spoken communication skillsKnowledgein utilising AutoCAD software (At least 5 years experience Preferable)Able to read, interpret and create Architectural / Construction drawingsWorking Hours:8:00am - 16:30pmSalary:£37,000 +If this role could be of interest, please apply and we will be in touch!JBRP1_UKTJ
