Job Description
Senior C++ Software Engineer
Cambridge
£70,000 - £80,000
You will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance C++ applications that are central to their industrial systems. In this role, you will focus on building robust internal tools for manipulating and correcting image data, ensuring applications deliver both accuracy and reliability. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including FPGA engineers, hardware engineers, and software developers, to integrate new printhead technologies and optimise workflows for demanding industrial environments.
What's required for this Senior C++ Software Engineer position?
Extensive commercial experience developing software in C++.
Strong background in image data handling, manipulation, or image correction algorithms.
Solid software engineering practice, including version control (Git), code review, and automated testing.
Experience with Windows application development.
Mathematics/Geometry background.
