We’re Hiring: Senior Homeware Buyer

Location: Manchester HQ

Full-time | Competitive Salary + Perks

Join the fastest-growing retailer in the UK and be part of something extraordinary.

We’re not just growing — we’re exploding. With exponential year-on-year growth, a loyal and rapidly expanding customer base, and a product range that’s turning heads across the UK, we’re on a mission to make style, quality and value accessible for every home. We’re looking for a Senior Homeware Buyer to help lead the charge — building commercially powerful ranges, leading a brilliant team, and owning the journey from concept to customer.

Why Join Us?

Unmatched Growth – We’re one of the UK’s fastest-growing retailers. That’s not just a statement — it’s a fact.

Big Impact, Real Ownership – You’ll lead ranges from day one and see your work come to life nationwide.

Incredible Team Culture – We hustle hard, support each other, and love what we do.

Innovation-Focused – We thrive on trend, creativity, and customer-first thinking.

️ What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Create and develop commercial homeware ranges tailored to our fast-moving consumer base
  • Lead and inspire a talented team including merch, buyers, assistant buyers and admin assistants
  • Own sales performance: analyse data, identify winners and take swift action on under-performers and build a strategy based on sales performance
  • Oversee the entire sample process from lab dips to final sign-off
  • Collaborate with Far East suppliers to ensure deadlines are smashed
  • Bring bold, trend-led ideas to our brand mix while aligning with customer needs
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and report on market shifts
  • Support our Ecommerce team on campaigns and shoots — ensuring the product tells a strong story
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure we hit launch dates, every time

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4+ years buying experience, ideally within homeware or a related category
  • A strong understanding of value retail and the UK high street
  • Creative mindset with commercial smarts — you know what sells and why
  • Confident leading end-to-end product development, from sketch to shelf
  • A love for data and the ability to make informed, strategic decisions
  • Fantastic organisational and communication skills
  • Experience managing and motivating a fast-paced, high-performing team
  • Excel-savvy, detail-obsessed, and trend-curious

Sound Like You?
