This is a high-impact role responsible for driving sourcing strategy, managing key supplier relationships, and delivering commercial value across fresh food and non-produce categories.Youll take ownership of core categories including Dairy, Cheese, and Morning Goods, with Produce experience considered a strong advantage.The RoleReporting to the Head of Purchasing, you will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, manage supplier performance, and deliver cost and margin improvements.
