A really exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join a unique, premium events and conferencing business.

This is very much a new business role ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and enjoys being out in the market building relationships and generating opportunities.

Not a typical hospitality hire. The team is open to candidates from luxury, property, private aviation, financial services, or other high-end, relationship-led sales environments.


The role:

  • Driving new business and revenue growth
  • Building your own pipeline through outreach, networking and relationships
  • Working closely with high-value clients and senior stakeholders
  • Supporting a small team and leading from the front


About you:

  • Strong background in B2B sales / business development
  • Naturally proactive and target-driven
  • Proven at winning and closing new business
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment
