Reporting directly to the Sales Director EU, the Senior Business Development Manager will take full ownership of individual new business performance for ReBound. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on pipeline development, conversion, and sales reporting — while playing a key part in wider group-level growth initiatives.
As a core commercial leader, you’ll also support major sales efforts across The Loop and the wider Group, collaborating with cross-functional teams to land significant opportunities with corporate clients.
This is a remote role where you’ll be trusted to work with autonomy and impact. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary, a generous OTE bonus structure, and your choice of a company car or car allowance.
The Re-Use Division:

What will you be doing as our Senior Business Development Manager:
- Take full accountability for building and managing a high-quality new business sales pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting and forecasting across all sales activities
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients — deeply understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that add real value
- Work closely with the ReBound Sales Director, Marketing Directors, Sales Analysts, and PODS Team to ensure sales strategies are fully aligned with marketing initiatives and operational delivery — driving a cohesive, end-to-end commercial approach
- Identify and actively support the execution of high-impact new business opportunities that drive revenue growth across ReBound, The Loop, and the wider Group
- Take full ownership of your individual sales pipeline — ensuring accurate, up-to-date reporting and reliable forecasting across all sales activities
What we need from our Senior Business Development Manager:
- You don’t just meet ambitious targets — you set new benchmarks and thrive in uncharted territory
- You’re fluent in pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecasting, and you use this insight to make strategic decisions that drive results
- You’re comfortable diving into CRM platforms and sales analytics tools to uncover insights, streamline operations, and optimise team performance
- Your verbal and written communication skills are clear, persuasive, and always on point
- You hold a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a strong advantage
