The Role

They are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support continued growth within the market. This is a senior, client-facing position focused on strengthening market presence, developing relationships, and generating new project opportunities.

Working closely with the pre-construction, design, and delivery teams, you will help position the business at the forefront of client and consultant thinking while converting opportunities into secured work.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with end-user clients, client-side project managers, and landlords

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the London turnkey fit-out market

Maintain a visible presence across the industry through regular engagement with clients, consultants, and professional teams

Represent the business at industry events, client functions, and meetings to strengthen market profile and relationships

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and professional client experience

Support the preparation and delivery of client pitches, presentations, and bid submissions

Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and opportunities

Develop long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Requirements:

Commercially aware, confident individual who is comfortable operating at senior level within the market and building trusted relationships over time

Proven experience in a senior business development role for a turnkey fit-out contractor

Strong connections with end users, client-side project managers, and landlords

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
