Our commercial model allows ambitious sales professionals to operate consultatively while building substantial recurring income through a residual commission structure.The OpportunityWe are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within the high-usage business energy sector.This role combines:Self-generated new business developmentConversion of a strong pipeline of high-value, high-intent prospectsA significant proportion of prospects will have already agreed to a Teams or face-to-face meeting, allowing you to focus on strategic engagement and deal progression.This is an opportunity for a self-starter who wants to maximise personal ambition while leveraging a lucrative and structured supply of qualified opportunities.The RoleYou will engage directly with senior decision-makers including CEOs and CFOs, advising on:Integrated energy solutions across multi-site portfoliosSolar and EV infrastructure integrationCompliance and bill audit services (SECR, CCL, VAT optimisation)Long-term energy structuring and cost strategyThe focus is consultative, strategic and commercially led.Commission & EarningsWe offer:Uncapped commission50% commission paid at contract go-live50% paid as ongoing monthly residualThis enables you to build a significant recurring monthly income stream over time, alongside strong upfront earnings.RequirementsDemonstrable success in B2B salesExperience selling to senior decision-makers (CEO, CFO, Finance Director)Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilitySelf-starting mentality with new business driveBusiness energy sector experienceExposure to structured procurement or renewable solutionsFull product and systems training will be provided.If you are commercially ambitious and motivated by uncapped earnings with long-term residual growth, we welcome a confidential discussion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
