Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle – from cold outreach to closing high-value deals.
  • Present and demonstrate market-leading SaaS solutions to C-level decision-makers.
  • Develop an expert understanding of prospects’ business challenges and translate needs into tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the social housing and public sectors.
  • Deliver tenders and proposals with precision and persuasive clarity.


Key Attributes Required:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing complex software sales and navigating public sector procurement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive proposal writing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment.
