Senior Business Development Manager - Fabulous Opportunity – US Law Firm to £110k \n\n Fantastic and unique opportunity for a highly experienced and well educated Senior BD Manager to join the Marketing team of this successful international, award winning law firm and be the lead for the Corporate practice area.  The role is on a 12 month contract covering maternity.. \n\n Duties will include:- \n\n \n\t Lead on traditional business development activities including pitch, client team, response to RFP and research/competitive intelligence projects. This includes liaising with other firm departments (e.g., Pricing, Legal Project Management, Information Services, Office of General Counsel, Library/Knowledge Management, etc.). \n\t Pitch and RFP activity is a significant component of the role. Candidates must be comfortable working directly with lawyers to produce responsive documents, including leveraging off-the-shelf/precedent materials and preparing thoughtful draft language for lawyer review. \n\t In support of lawyer pitch activity, candidates must have experience coaching lawyers on key themes, talking points, organization/structure of meetings, and analysis of competitors as necessary. \n\t Lead on practice and industry meetings focused on business development.
