• Leading Agile business analysis across the full project lifecycle
• Mentoring and supporting junior analysts to develop their skills and confidence
• Facilitating workshops to elicit, define, and prioritise user stories and requirements
• Producing clear and accurate documentation including AS-IS/TO-BE process maps, user journeys, and functional specifications
• Supporting product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to align on business goals
• Modelling business processes and analysing system interactions and data flows
• Supporting change impact analysis and ensuring successful transitions to BAU
• Promoting best practices in Agile ceremonies and business analysis discipline
  
  

• 5+ years in business analysis roles with strong Agile delivery experience
• Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior team members
• Hands-on delivery within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Ability to lead workshops and drive prioritisation with business and technical teams
• Strong documentation skills across process mapping, requirements, and user stories
• Comfortable delivering under pressure in dynamic environments
• Experience with both business and system-level analysis
• Familiarity with change impact assessment and adoption planning
  
  

• Background in a consultancy environment
• Experience in legal, defence, government, or public sector
• Experience on infrastructure or transformation projects
• Understanding of UI/UX, wireframes, and prototyping
• Exposure to Waterfall alongside Agile delivery approaches
