What you’ll be doing :

Aligned to one of our Data Domains,you’llbe working with multiple technical teams to deliver multiple initiatives. Responsible for the elicitation, analysis,documentationand validation of requirements. Working with Data Governance to update andmaintainthe Data Catalogue to ensure consistent definitions across the Business. Create Business Process Models and Data Models, working with Data Information Architectureto visualise workflows and data structures. Utilise deep questioning techniques with stakeholders to understand how data will be used, ensuring deliverables allow for actionable decision-making. Understand and document any areas of risk, dependencies, or compliance impacts.

What you’ll have :

You’llhave 3-5 years ofexperience working as aBusinessAnalyst, ideally in an agile environment. Proficiencyin Requirements Engineering, translatingBusiness needs into clear requirements and supporting the delivery of dataproducts. Experience creating Business Process Models and Data Models. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to simplify complexity. Strong understanding of the Data Life Cycle and the intrinsic value of data. You’llhave experience in working in a fast-paced environment, managing competing workloads and prioritising appropriately. ​You're have experience inline managing,coaching,mentoring and developing more junior colleagues or You'll be looking to build on your line management or coaching experience.
