PRINCIPAL BUILDING SURVEYOR

They are seeking a Principal Chartered Building Surveyor to join their established Technical Due Diligence & Commercial Building Surveying team. This role offers significant scope, variety, and senior-level responsibility within a high-performing environment.

Key requirements:

• MRICS qualified with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.

• Ability to manage a varied workload and balance multiple instructions.

• Collaborative, relationship-driven, and committed to high standards of service.
