Your new role As a Senior Building Surveyor based in the Edinburgh office, you’ll deliver a wide range of professional and project services, including building surveys, dilapidations, schedules of condition, planned maintenance, contract administration, and technical due diligence.You will manage your own workload, support project delivery from inception to completion, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the Edinburgh team. You may also mentor more junior surveyors and APC candidates as part of the organisation’s strong professional development culture.
What you'll need to succeed MRICS qualification (essential). Strong experience in professional Building Surveying across commercial and/or public sector environments. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality advice. A proactive, commercially minded approach to managing projects and deadlines. Confidence working both independently and as part of a wider professional team. What you'll get in return A competitive £50,000 - £60,000 salary, depending on experience.
