As Senior Building Surveyor, you will lead the delivery of a wide range of building surveying services for private clients and local authorities while acting as a key fee earner and contributor to the team's business development.

Key Responsibilities

Developing new client relationships and strengthening existing accounts.
Preparing competitive fee proposals and supporting revenue growth.
Delivering a broad spectrum of professional services including:
Measured and building surveys (residential and commercial)
Party Wall work
Specifications, tendering and contract documentation
Contract Administration
Dilapidations
Defect analysis and reporting
Licences to Alter (monitoring and sign‑off)
Supporting Expert Witness work, including site inspections and CPR35 reporting
Taking full ownership of projects to ensure exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.About You

RICS‑accredited degree in Building Surveying
MRICS qualified
Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organised, detail‑driven and commercially aware
Experienced in working with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential; CAD/BIM experience beneficial)
