The Senior Building Surveyor Role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will deliver the full range of building surveying services, with a particular focus on project management and contract administration duties.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base across both the public and private sectors, covering education, housing, and retail properties, while playing a key role within the wider surveying team.
Duties of the Senior Building Surveyor to include:
* Delivering a full suite of building surveying services * Leading on project management and contract administration duties * Working with public and private sector clients across varied asset types * Managing projects from inception through to completion * Supporting and mentoring Graduate and Assistant level surveyors * Contributing to the development and performance of the wider team
