A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy is continuing its growth and success in Birmingham and is now looking to appoint a passionate and driven Senior / Chartered Building Surveyor to join its expanding Building Surveying team.
The Opportunity:
Based in Birmingham, the successful candidate will join an experienced team of Building Surveyors focused on key national client accounts. This team delivers high-quality technical support across varied commercial, retail, and educational portfolios.
As the team grows, this role offers the chance to step into a leadership capacity - supporting junior colleagues, managing workloads and playing a part in shaping the team's continued development.
How you'll drive success:
Lead and develop detailed briefs alongside clients and senior colleagues Build and maintain strong client relationships Support business development activities with senior colleagues Produce designs, specifications, and tender documentation Administer JCT building contracts Undertake the full scope of professional surveying duties: (Condition surveys, defect analysis, party wall, dilapidations, feasibilities)
